At World Options Northampton (Franchise 270), we're looking for a motivated Telesales Apprentice to join our growing sales team. This is not a typical apprenticeship. We're looking for future sales professionals who want to learn, develop, and build a rewarding career in business-to-business sales.
You'll receive full training, ongoing mentoring, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced logistics professionals helping businesses save time and money on their shipping and freight requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Introducing World Options' logistics and freight solutions
- Generating qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development Team
- Building relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Learning professional sales techniques including prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working towards and exceeding individual performance targets
