As an MIS Administrator this role requires you to provide effective administrative support to the data processing of the Apprenticeship provision. You will be checking, validating and processing paperwork relevant to the learner's journey throughout their apprenticeship, including enrolments and completions.
Responsibilities
- Check learner eligibility against DfE funding rules and make decisions around eligibility
- Process enrolments onto the MIS system, meeting team KPIs
- Process withdrawals and breaks in learning accurately and timely
- Process learner completions, ensuring these are compliant with DfE funding rules
- Process learner registrations with award organisations
- Produce reports for operational use
- Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
- Promote equal opportunities and diversity recognition throughout the company
- Comply with Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice and guidance as part of your everyday role

Qualifications
- MS Excel competent (experience using formulas in Excel)
- Good standard of English and Math
- Must have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
