We are delighted to be recruiting FOUR Digital Marketing apprentices to support across key operational areas. This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience across a range of digital platforms, contributing to campaigns, building engagement, and learning how to grow a brand from the inside out. You’ll work alongside marketing professionals, receive expert training, and play an active role in shaping our digital presence while developing real‑world skills that set you up for future success.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives for designated business streams, driving brand growth and learner engagement.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver integrated, cross‑channel marketing strategies.
- Design and produce impactful marketing campaigns and supporting materials across print and digital formats.
- Research and craft compelling content for websites, marketing assets, news articles, and press releases in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Ensure that all marketing content, including websites and materials related to your business stream, is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with peers to align marketing activities with wider company objectives.
- Guarantee all materials and messaging consistently reflect brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Contribute to broader marketing efforts, providing support wherever required across the department or business.
- Support internal and external events through planning, promotion, and on‑the‑day activity.
- Lead on tracking, evaluating, and reporting return on investment across marketing efforts for your specific business streams.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company positively in all communications with external clients and stakeholders.

- Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

What Apprenticeship Training will you receive?
If successful, you\’ll obtain a Level 3 Multi‑Channel Marketer Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
- 1‑2‑1 sessions every 4‑6 weeks with your tutor.
- 6 hours of off‑the‑job training every week.

Qualifications
- Creative – ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Working to deadlines – good time management skills, able to work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Results‑driven – understanding and ability to work to KPIs and report ROI from digital marketing activity.
- Team player – the ability to work as part of a close‑knit team to deliver results to support the demands of a growing business.
- Excellent communication skills – as you will work with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels as well as external partners and agencies.
- Enthusiastic and positive with a can‑do attitude – understanding of the ever‑evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Flexibility and resilience – adapt quickly to changing circumstances and needs.

Recruitment Checks
Recruitment Checks – Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. This means for some of our roles, we need to carry out certain checks to ascertain someone\’s suitability for working with learners. As this role will not include regulated activity with learners, a DBS is not required. However, you will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove your eligibility to work in the UK.
