Job Purpose:<\/b> <\/span>The Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high -quality, person -centred care and support services, ensuring individuals receive safe, effective, and compassionate support in line with regulatory standards, organisational values, and individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

• Oversee the day -to -day delivery of care and support services.
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  <\/li>
• Develop and review person -centred care plans.
  <\/li>
• Lead, supervise, and support staff teams.
  <\/li>
• Monitor safeguarding concerns, incidents, and quality standards.
  <\/li>
• Work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and professionals.
  <\/li>
• Support assessments, transitions, and service development.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications & Experience<\/b>
  <\/p>

  NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care . Experience within health and social care management and strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance.

  Key details:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Working hours would be 8.45am to 5pm Monday - Friday with occasional on -call duties assigned.

  • £8 per hour with potential for additional 20%
