Job Purpose: The Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support services, ensuring individuals receive safe, effective, and compassionate support in line with regulatory standards, organisational values, and individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of care and support services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Develop and review person-centred care plans.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff teams.
- Monitor safeguarding concerns, incidents, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and professionals.
- Support assessments, transitions, and service development.
Qualifications & Experience
NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care. Experience within health and social care management and strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance.
Key details:
Working hours would be 8.45am to 5pm Monday - Friday with occasional on-call duties assigned. £8 per hour with potential for additional 20%.
