Learning Curve Group is seeking experienced Freelance Customer Service Tutors to deliver Level 2 qualifications in Lincolnshire, on a flexible, ad-hoc basis.
This classroom-based role requires engaging delivery of face-to-face sessions, ongoing learner support, and assessment activities to help adults achieve their Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service.
Typical hours are 9:00–15:00, with a minimum 1–2 days per week, travel within the region, and an enhanced DBS requirement.
