We’re expanding our highly successful Client Engagement Team and are excited to recruit multiple Sales Advisors who are passionate about helping learners thrive. As demand for flexible learning continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who can build strong relationships, guide learners through their options, and play a key role in expanding our provision. If you’re driven, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
DUTIES
- Promote our flexible learning products via telephone, email, and social media.
- Be proactive in the promotion of our courses across B2C and B2B.
- Create social media posts to advertise courses.
- Make and receive calls responding to enquiries.
- Driven to engage with new prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing learners.
- Go through all assigned leads throughout the course of the day (call, email and text).
- Manage all activity accurately on CRM (Salesforce) including the scheduling of calls/emails and tasks – accurately recording and updating.
- Confidently support each learner through the enrolment form over the phone to complete their applications.
- Adhere to eligibility and IAG with all learners in line with funding requirements.
- Engage with all enquiries demonstrating resilience and promote all courses with full benefits and value.
- Prospect businesses, check funding availability, and manage higher-volume opportunities.
- Support learners with their progression to enrol onto future courses.
- Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours.
- Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
- Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be always vigilant to potential concerns and risks.
- Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism.
