Application Deadline: 9am Tuesday 13th October 2026

The SEND Hub at Cleobury Mortimer is expanding from Foundation into Key Stage 2 with an additional class, making two classes, each with around seven learners, with moderate to severe learning difficulties (Pathway 2). We are excited to support Cleobury MPS by offering a secondment to lead their SEND Hub, which is a unique opportunity for an experienced primary SEND teacher to step up into leadership, supported by both the Cleobury and Severndale teams.

Purpose of the Post:

The purpose of this role is to lead and develop the SEND Hub, implementing a Hub Development Plan to include teaching, learning, curriculum and positive behaviour support. The post consists of three days of direct teaching in the Hub, and two days of non-contact time.

As the SEND Hub Lead, you will nurture and support the ethos of positive communication, collaboration and engagement to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. This will be demonstrated by the way you carry out your duties as a Teacher and an outstanding practitioner.

We are looking for an experienced SEN teacher who can ensure that the Hub provision is individualised to pupil needs. This is a two year secondment, therefore at the end of the two academic years, the post holder would revert to their existing contract with Severndale Academy (LCT).
