The Learning Community Trust is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Officer to support families and young people in returning to academy life and engaging with learning. You will work closely with the Education Welfare Officer, Year Teams, Safeguarding Team and attendance staff to improve attendance, punctuality, behaviour and engagement.
Daily driving is required as home visits form a key part of this role, and you will build trust with parents, provide practical support, and act as a vital link
