We are seeking an outstanding leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal - Safeguarding & Inclusion. As the academy's Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for safeguarding and child protection while helping to drive wider school improvement.
We are looking for an experienced secondary leader with substantial DSL or Deputy DSL experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work effectively with pupils, families and external agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape safeguarding culture, lead a dedicated team and make a lasting difference to the lives of young people.
