Hadley Learning Community (Secondary) is seeking a Student Support Manager on maternity cover to lead pastoral support, mentoring and safeguarding across the secondary phase. This role is Scale 6 (points 18-22), 37 hours Term Time + 5 PD Days, with a start date of 1 December 2026.
You will work with students, families and staff to promote behaviour, attendance and wellbeing, building positive relationships while supporting safeguarding processes and outcomes.
