The Learning and Work Institute seeks a Head of Research: Skills and Better Work to lead policy-relevant research and insight projects in lifelong learning and progression to better work. The role is based in London or Leicester with hybrid working and is offered as 0.8–1 FTE.
You will manage a team of researchers, shape evidence to influence policy, develop funding opportunities, and work across the institute's pillars to improve employer investment in skills and reduce inequalities.
