The Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice of learndirect — guiding motivated learners who are ready to invest in themselves. These are warm leads only (no cold calling), so your focus is on understanding, advising, and converting.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with learners who’ve already shown interest
- Understand each learner’s goals and recommend the right course for them
- Enrol learners and guide them through the full learning package
- Work towards daily KPIs within a high-performing sales team
- Deliver a world-class customer experience
