About the job

Telesales Manager – High-Ticket Trading Education

£50,000 Base Strong Performance Override | Hampton Court (Office-Based)

Let’s be clear. This is not a “nice” sales management role. This is not about vibes, culture decks, or motivational quotes. This is a numbers-driven, high-accountability telesales leadership role in a business where:

  • Leads are hot - we are the market leader and we have the best program in the world.
  • Deals are high-ticket (£2k–£25k)
  • Performance is non-negotiable

If you’ve actually run a phone sales team — and held people to account — keep reading.

The Mission

We are leaving serious revenue on the table. Your job is to:

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing telesales team
  • Turn hot leads into closed high-ticket sales
  • Create daily urgency, discipline, and execution
  • Eliminate excuses, underperformance, and drift

This is an office-based role at Hampton Court. We believe great sales teams are built in the room, not on Zoom.

What You’ll Be Doing (No Fluff)

You will:

  • Lead from the front — daily stand-ups, live call monitoring, pipeline reviews
  • Recruit, train, manage, and (when needed) remove salespeople
  • Ensure same-day follow-up on all hot leads (speed matters)
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
  • Build a culture where targets are hit or consequences follow
  • Scale from 5 agents to 15 as performance proves out

You will own the number.

Who This Is For

This role is for you if:

  • You’ve managed telesales teams before (not just “supported” them)
  • You’ve sold or managed high-ticket offers on the phone
  • You are comfortable with:
    • Pressure
    • Targets
    • Confrontation
    • Accountability
  • You know how to turn average reps into closers — and remove those who won’t step up
  • You can talk metrics, conversion rates, revenue per lead, not just “energy”

This Is NOT For You If:

  • You avoid difficult conversations
  • You’ve never fired anyone
  • You need HR to fight your battles
  • You prefer remote work
  • You think “everyone deserves a chance” regardless of numbers

We are building a performance culture, not a comfort zone.

Package

£50,000 base salary

Attractive team performance override

Clear progression as the team scales

Serious earning potential for someone who can build and run a killer floor

Location

Hampton Court – Office-Based (No remote. No hybrid. No exceptions.)

How to Apply (Read Carefully)

We are not looking for generic CVs. In your application, include:

  • The largest monthly revenue your team has ever produced
  • The number of salespeople you’ve personally managed
  • One example of a tough call you’ve had to make as a manager (and the outcome)

Applications without this will not be considered. If you’re the kind of manager who loves pressure, hates excuses, and takes pride in winning, this will feel like home.
