About the Role: The Chief of Staff works directly with Greg across business, personal, family, travel, household and project priorities. As the group and Greg’s commitments continue to grow, we are now looking for a highly organised, discreet and proactive Junior Personal Assistant to support the Chief of Staff and help keep day-to-day activity running smoothly. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their PA career who wants to learn from a highly experienced senior operator and gain exposure to a fast-moving founder-led environment. This is not a slow, corporate admin role. It will suit someone who is organised, switched on, calm under pressure, and happy to roll their sleeves up.

The Role: The Junior PA will provide practical, administrative and logistical support to the Chief of Staff across both business and personal matters. You will help with diary coordination, travel arrangements, family logistics, errands, research, office support, supplier coordination, and general administration. You will need to be comfortable working remotely, but also flexible enough to attend Hampton Court or nearby locations when required. The role requires common sense, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make life easier for the people you support.

Key Responsibilities

  • PA & Administrative Support
    • Support the Chief of Staff with daily administration, scheduling, follow-ups and task tracking.
    • Assist with diary coordination across business, personal and family commitments.
    • Help arrange meetings, calls, appointments and reminders.
    • Prepare simple briefs, notes, lists, itineraries and summaries.
    • Keep records, documents, folders and shared information organised.
    • Help monitor incoming requests and ensure nothing is missed.
    • Liaise professionally with internal teams, suppliers, partners and household contacts.
    • Support with expenses, receipts, invoices and basic reconciliation where required.
  • Travel & Logistics
    • Assist with UK and international travel planning.
    • Research and book flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants and local arrangements.
    • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure details are accurate and easy to follow.
    • Help coordinate family travel, holiday logistics and personal arrangements.
    • Liaise with drivers, travel providers, venues and other suppliers.
    • Be available to troubleshoot practical issues when plans change.
  • Family & Personal Support
    • Assist with family scheduling, appointments, children’s activities and household-related logistics.
    • Book personal appointments, reservations and services as requested.
    • Run personal errands where required, particularly around Hampton Court, Surrey or South West London.
    • Help source gifts, supplies, equipment or other items as needed.
    • Support with personal research, comparisons and recommendations.
    • Handle all personal and family information with complete discretion.
  • Office & Hampton Court Support
    • Attend the Hampton Court office or nearby locations when needed.
    • Help prepare meeting rooms, client-facing spaces or office arrangements.
    • Assist with ad hoc office tasks, deliveries, supplies and event preparation.
    • Support the Chief of Staff with coordination around internal meetings, founder meetings or private appointments.
    • Be flexible and practical when physical presence is needed.
  • Supplier, Household & Event Coordination
    • Help liaise with suppliers, contractors, service providers and household contacts.
    • Track tasks, bookings, job sheets or follow-ups as requested by the Chief of Staff.
    • Assist with small private events, dinners, family gatherings or business hospitality.
    • Help research venues, suppliers, experiences and services.
    • Ensure details are followed through properly and standards are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You are someone who is highly organised and naturally helpful.
  • Discreet, trustworthy and professional.
  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise.
  • Comfortable with a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
  • Good at following instructions but also able to use initiative.
  • Detail-focused and careful with information.
  • Positive, practical and willing to get stuck in.
  • Flexible around tasks, timings and changing priorities.
  • Comfortable supporting both business and personal matters.
  • Based within easy reach of Hampton Court.

Experience Required

This role could suit someone with experience as a Junior PA, Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Family PA Assistant, Private PA Assistant, Office Assistant, Hospitality, concierge or high-end service professional looking to move into PA work. Prior experience in a private household, family office, luxury hospitality, events, travel, concierge, or founder-led business would be helpful, but attitude and reliability are just as important.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong diary, admin and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, calendars, task lists and shared documents.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to attend Hampton Court / Surrey / South West London when needed.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
  • Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours communication when required.

What Success Looks Like

  • The Chief of Staff feels supported and able to delegate confidently.
  • Diaries, travel, errands and admin are handled smoothly.
  • Details are captured, followed up and completed.
  • You anticipate what is needed rather than waiting to be chased.
  • You build trust quickly through reliability and discretion.
  • You bring calm, order and helpfulness to a busy environment.

This Role Is Not For Someone Who

  • Wants a rigid 9–5 role with fixed duties only.
  • Needs constant supervision.
  • Is uncomfortable with personal or family-related tasks.
  • Struggles with changing priorities.
  • Is careless with detail or confidentiality.
  • Does not want to occasionally travel to Hampton Court or nearby locations.

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

This is an excellent stepping-stone for someone who wants to develop into a trusted PA or EA over time. You will learn directly from a Chief of Staff working at the centre of a busy founder-led group, with exposure to business, family office, events, travel, operations and high-level personal support. For the right person, the role has room to grow as trust, capability and confidence develop.
