The role Do you enjoy helping young people build confidence through learning? Can you turn your knowledge of chess into energising, memorable, creative and enjoyable coaching sessions? LearnChess Academy is growing, and we are looking for Chess Coaches to deliver engaging sessions across Kent. You will do much more than teach students how to play chess. You encourage independent thinking, creative problem-solving and resilience while making every session enjoyable and rewarding. This is primarily a location-based role within schools and other coaching venues. A full UK driving licence is essential. Our online coaching platform provides a variety of useful teaching resources and supports online coaching opportunities, but these do not replace the need to travel. We welcome applications from people interested in supporting Lead Coaches or developing their experience as Assistant Coaches.
