A better future?Job Description Lear Corporation is looking for a Costing/Estimating Manager who will work with the finance team on the costing for a new project with a prestigious OEM.

He will report directly to Financial Director Responsibilities Manage the process of new RFQ with other teams Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to obtain the right Financials level requested by Division on time and accurate.

Manage Cost analysis teams to be obtain all activities request by system, evolution of costs and price during the developments of product.

Cost analysis support for new request and modification tooling and variable cost (was-is)Cost analysis support and manage with other Intercompany division (Foam, Trim covers, Headrests, Wire harness and Metal parts) process of make or buy.

Providing MGR update on risks & opportunities for all development products.
