Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in a professional, positive, and customer-focused manner
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations in line with HSE standards
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods
- Drive zero tolerance for quality deviations to meet customer deliverables
- Maintain accurate inventories through physical counts and system reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy of all goods-in / goods-out documentation and stock labelling
- Ensure warehouse IT, WMS, and automated systems are accurate and up to date
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and future capacity planning
- Identify, recommend, and implement process and system improvements
- Reduce waste and drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency
- Maintain best-practice logistics standards, policies, and procedures
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to meet KPIs and deadlines
- Monitor and manage time and attendance for the materials team
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of logistics KPIs
- Experience working with WMS / ERP / MRP systems
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, PDCA, Gemba)
- Solid PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Preferred experience with MRP systems, ideally AS400 / BPCS
