The Program Manager is responsible for delivering customer programs on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. We are building a dedicated program team to support the delivery of multiple major new platforms for prestigious OEM customers. The programs focus on the delivery of automotive seating and interior systems (JIT, Trim and Foam), supporting new vehicle launches.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales, ensuring programs are executed using a consistent and standardised approach with clear stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs successfully
  • Take ownership of timing, cost, quality, and scope
  • Plan and track key milestones, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Identify risks and drive corrective actions
  • Manage program changes and customer communication
  • Ensure consistent use of standard tools, processes, and reporting (KPIs, scorecards)
  • Support overall platform delivery through structured execution and collaboration

Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Program/Project Management (automotive or manufacturing preferred)

Additional Information
  • Part of a larger platform build, not a standalone role
  • Limited travel required (initial onboarding in Coventry, occasional customer visits)
