The primary role of the Production Team Member is to manufacture quality products safely. The operator will be responsible for:
- Inserting components into molds
- Removing finished products
- Cleaning molds
- Inspecting and repairing goods as needed
- Preparing products for shipment
- Using hand tools and assembly tools
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Placing inserts into seating molds as per standards
- Removing foam seating pads from molds and conveying them for finishing
- Cleaning molds and applying demolding agents
- Inspecting product quality and repairing defects
- Packaging finished goods according to specifications
- Disassembling scrap products for salvage
- Cleaning work areas
- Performing other duties as assigned
