Lear Corporation is seeking a Costing/Estimating Manager to join the finance team for the costing of a new project with a prestigious OEM.
The role reports to the Financial Director and leads cost analysis across Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance.
Responsibilities include managing RFQ processes, guiding cost analyses for tooling and variable costs, and coordinating with Intercompany divisions on make-or-buy decisions.
Strong MS Excel and SAP skills are essential for success.
