The Program Manager is responsible for delivering customer programs on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. We are building a dedicated program team to support the delivery of multiple major new platforms for prestigious OEM customers, focusing on automotive seating and interior systems (JIT, Trim and Foam) supporting new vehicle launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs successfully.
  • Take ownership of timing, cost, quality, and scope.
  • Plan and track key milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage program changes and customer consistent use of standard tools, processes, and reporting (KPIs, scorecards).
  • Support overall platform delivery through structured execution and collaboration.
