About LJS: LJS is an in‑house Manufacturing Operations Management system. It sits between ERP (business planning) and MES/SCADA/shop floor systems, acting as the overarching layer that coordinates, optimizes, and monitors end‑to‑end production activities.

Mission of the Role: As a Manufacturing Systems Analyst - LJS, you help make sure the LJS system works well for the business. You work closely with users and IT teams to turn business needs into simple, effective system solutions that improve day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Support system improvements, updates, and new features.
  • Work with IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions.
  • Test system changes and support go‑live activities.
  • Provide support for system issues and user questions.
  • Create clear documentation and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.

Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong IT background with experience in business and system analysis.
  • Experience with project delivery and working with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting (SQL/T‑SQL).
  • Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of Agile and system development life cycle.
  • Good level of English, written and spoken.
