Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
E-Systems Core Engineer to join the UK Engineering team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual who is eager to develop their engineering expertise while contributing to the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of automotive electrical systems.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with experience in several engineering disciplines and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solutions to the UK Engineering team.
- Support engineering process improvements and development activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
- Assist with requirements, verification, and validation activities.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Contribute to Lear's I. D. E. A. continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience interpreting technical engineering drawings, electrical schematics, or similar design documentation.
- Engineering qualification or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of automotive requirements, product complexity, and lifecycles.
- Verification and validation activities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills. Low-level coding or programming aptitude.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
