Job Description

Lear Corporation is looking for a Costing/Estimating Manager who will work with the finance team on the costing for a new project with a prestigious OEM.

  • He will report directly to Financial Director
  • Manage the process of new RFQ with other teams Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to obtain the right Financials level requested by Division on time and accurate.
  • Manage Cost analysis teams to be obtain all activities request by system, evolution of costs and price during the developments of product.
  • Cost analysis support for new request and modification tooling and variable cost (was-is)
  • Cost analysis support and manage with other Intercompany division (Foam, Trim covers, Headrests, Wire harness and Metal parts) process of make or buy.
  • Providing MGR update on risks & opportunities for all development products.
  • Interacting with Engineering, Sales, Program Management Teams, Purchasing and Cost Analysis
  • Contributing to Lear financial strategy and decision-making processes
