Lear Corporation is seeking a Costing/Estimating Manager in the United Kingdom to partner with the finance team on costing for a new project with a prestigious OEM. The role reports directly to the Financial Director and requires close collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance.

The successful candidate will lead cost analysis for tooling, variable costs, and intercompany make-or-buy decisions, while providing risk-and-opportunity insights to support Lear's financial.
