A better future?Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated E-Systems Core Engineer to join the UK Engineering team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual who is eager to develop their engineering expertise while contributing to the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of automotive electrical systems.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with experience in several engineering disciplines and a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and solutions to the UK Engineering team.
Support engineering process improvements and development activities.
Interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
Assist with requirements, verification, and validation activities.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Contribute to Lear's I.
A. continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience Experience interpreting technical engineering drawings, electrical schematics, or similar design documentation.
Engineering qualification or 2+ years of relevant experience.
Understanding of automotive requirements, product complexity, and lifecycles.
Verification and validation activities.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Low-level coding or programming aptitude.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
