Your Opportunity:
Leapsome is looking for a Head of Growth & Lifecycle to architect and lead the engine behind our next stage of global expansion. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will join the Marketing Leadership Team to own the strategy and execution of our high-stakes demand engine. Today 95% of revenue is marketing led, and we’re looking for the leader to continue to lead and scale the function accountable for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue.
You are a high-output, low-ego operator who leads with clarity, urgency, and empathy. You possess the high agency required to materially shift the growth trajectory of a category-defining company across North America and EMEA. You aren’t just an observer of the AI revolution; you are bullish on its potential to enhance human creativity and efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to shape global strategy while staying close to the execution of our demand engine across North America and EMEA. You will bridge the gap between initial acquisition and long-term customer retention, ensuring our marketing tactics match our expanding vision as a comprehensive HR platform.
What are your responsibilities?
- Architect the AI-augmented Growth Engine: Reimagine marketing for the AI era by building automated, scalable growth loops across our entire tech stack to supercharge efficiency, velocity, and ROI.
- Own the Revenue & Pipeline Mandate: Take full accountability for the predictable delivery of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) and qualified pipeline.
- Design Market-Focused GTM: Lead go-to-market strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments, driving brand awareness and measurable revenue success in a competitive space.
- Master the Full Buyer Journey: Bridge the gap between initial acquisition and customer expansion.
- Partner for GTM Excellence: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities.
- Lead and Empower a High-Performance Team: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of growth experts, fostering a culture centered on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes, not just lead generation.
- Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, website/CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on AI fluency and experience in successfully embedding AI tools and agents into marketing workflows.
- Deep understanding of modern growth metrics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets.
- Strong partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand & Community, Partnerships & Field, Customer Success and executive stakeholders.
- Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing growth teams.
- A builder mentality with high agency and strong execution instincts.
- Curiosity about buyer behaviour and a strong instinct for what improves conversion.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay and equity: Competitive salary plus a pre-IPO equity package.
- Vacation: 30 vacation days a year, plus public holidays.
- Health care: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
- Pre-tax saving accounts: Access to create and contribute to various savings accounts.
- Parental leave: 100% paid parental leave.
- Hybrid and flexible work: Spend 2 days a week with the team in our NYC office.
- Sponsored lunch: Lunch is provided in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Work-from-home stipend: A one-time $1,000 stipend to set up your home workspace.
- Learning and development: Grow your skills with a $2,000 annual development budget.
- Financial wellness: Employer-sponsored 401(k) and access to a financial wellness platform.
- Mental health: Access to therapy sessions and company workshops on mindfulness.
- ClassPass: Employer-sponsored account with 26 credits per month.
- Work from anywhere in the US: Option to work remotely within the US for up to 60 days per year.
- Impact: Join a fast-growing HR platform trusted by over 2,000 companies worldwide.
- Culture: A diverse, international team that values open feedback and celebrates wins.
- Monthly team activities: Join Feierabend, a monthly budget to get-together in New York.
