Workfront Configuration Consultant - UK

We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant to deliver on our vision of Connected Work, where we help clients understand, design, and build a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes. As a Workfront Configuration Consultant, you will assist with new and existing Workfront configurations and implementations. This position requires a quick learner, experienced in consulting, to understand Workfront designs at a technical level and configure the tool to meet client objectives.

Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position with a London office.

As a Workfront Configuration Solution Consultant at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Configure and customize Workfront solutions, including dashboards, reports, templates, and workflows.
2. Implement automation rules and processes to streamline project management and resource allocation.
3. Identify new functionality and enhancements for client instances.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
5. Stay updated on Workfront updates and best practices to recommend enhancements.
6. Test configurations and create testing scripts for client testing.
7. Provide quality assurance for configurations and implementations.
8. Provide technical support within scope.
9. Complete configuration documentation for client design documents.
10. Collaborate with clients and team members to develop training on solutions.

Skills that will set you up for success include:

1. 1-3 years (Level 1), 3-6 years (Level 2), or 7+ years (Level 3) of Workfront configuration and/or implementation experience.
2. 2+ years of SaaS-based solutions implementation and architecture experience with AEM Assets & Sites.
3. 1+ years of Adobe Workfront Fusion integration & automation experience.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
5. Excellent analytical skills.
6. Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
7. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.
8. Must reside in the UK.

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
