Project Manager, SaaS Implementations - UK

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager experienced in SaaS implementations. You will act as a strategic partner with our clients, using your consulting experience to provide solutions, and manage delivery and implementation of our Connected Work programmes. Connected Work helps our clients align their teams with organizational strategies, transparently convey business and ROI costs, and build a well-integrated technology stack.

Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position.

As a Project Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Independently manage large or complex projects for one or more clients.
2. Prepare project plans and manage delivery according to these plans.
3. Track project progress and provide regular status reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
4. Identify and escalate potential changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
5. Identify and manage potential risks effectively.
6. Manage communication and engagement with clients and LeapPoint senior team members to ensure project delivery within specifications and contracts.
7. Coordinate with Sales/Account teams to facilitate transition from sales to delivery phases.
8. Perform basic project coordination and administration activities, such as maintaining project plans in Workfront.
9. Define resource requirements and manage resource availability.
10. Manage project budgets and track costs to ensure delivery on budget.

The following skills will set you up for success:

1. Experience managing projects related to Workfront, integration, AEM, process optimization, etc., is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
2. 1-3 years of client-facing project management experience.
3. Must reside in the UK.

Travel:

This position may require approximately 10-20% travel.
