Join a collaborative internal operations team providing vital support across a busy office environment. This varied role covers everything from welcoming visitors and managing meeting rooms to maintaining facilities and supporting administrative processes. Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and providing a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and maintaining accurate third-party records.
  • Supporting the upkeep of meeting rooms, AV facilities, and kitchen supplies to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Monitoring and responding to internal support requests, including facilities maintenance and general office queries.
  • Handling post, deliveries, courier arrangements, and maintaining appropriate stock levels of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Liaising with teams to support meeting logistics, video conferencing, and event coordination.
  • Collaborating with Workplace Operations colleagues to ensure office areas remain tidy, functional, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Supporting finance and administrative processes such as invoice reconciliation, booking logs, and record keeping.
  • Providing flexible support across internal teams during periods of peak demand, leave, or absence.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy, client-facing environment. They will be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels and possess excellent organisational skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to support others. Previous experience in facilities, operations, or customer service is desirable, along with a flexible and hands-on approach to day-to-day responsibilities. A good working knowledge of desktop applications is beneficial, but a positive, adaptable mindset is essential.
