This role offers the opportunity to develop or expand your trust and company administration career within a well-established Guernsey-based provider of private wealth and pension services. With a diverse client base and a strong team environment, the successful candidate will manage their own portfolio and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, compliant fiduciary services.

Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering a portfolio of trust and company clients, including establishment, maintenance, and termination of structures.
  • Preparing documentation such as trust deeds, resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, legal advisors, and intermediaries to ensure smooth day-to-day management.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions, distributions, investments, and financial activities.
  • Ensuring full compliance with relevant local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting client meetings, preparing updates, and resolving queries promptly and professionally.
  • Carrying out AML and CDD checks for new and existing clients.
  • Monitoring client structures for risk and escalating concerns in line with internal procedures.
  • Staying current on regulatory changes and industry developments.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience for the Administrator level or 3-5 years' experience for the Officer level, gained within trust, pensions, or fiduciary services. A relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA is preferred or study towards one will be supported. Strong knowledge of local fiduciary regulations and defined contribution pension schemes would be beneficial.
