With continued growth across the business, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced trust professional to step into a senior leadership position overseeing a portfolio of trust and corporate structures. You'll work closely with teams across the organisation while supporting operational delivery and people development.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration and management of a portfolio of client entities.
  • Acting as Client Director on fiduciary structures and client relationships.
  • Supporting and mentoring administration teams across the business.
  • Ensuring regulatory, AML and compliance requirements are maintained.
  • Monitoring financial performance, invoicing and debt management activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Supporting employee development, performance management and training initiatives.
  • Working closely with senior leadership on operational and strategic matters.
  • Supporting business development and relationship management activities where required.
  • Assisting with process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI or ACCA and possess significant fiduciary industry experience, including strong leadership and people management capability. They will demonstrate excellent understanding of trust and corporate administration, regulatory frameworks and operational oversight within the fiduciary sector. Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively within a fast‑paced environment. The successful individual will be commercially aware, collaborative and solutions‑focused.
