The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This position is open to administrators at different stages of their career - from developing Trust Administrators to experienced Senior Administrators looking to deepen their expertise, and combine technical trust administration with high standards of service and strong attention to detail!

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration of trusts and corporate structures.
  • Maintaining accurate statutory records, minutes and resolutions.
  • Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping up to trial balance, including reconciliations.
  • Assisting with bank account opening, operation and transaction processing.
  • Preparing routine correspondence, reports and investment review documentation.
  • Liaising with internal teams, intermediaries and external advisers as appropriate.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate time recording and contributing to team utilisation targets.
  • Providing guidance to junior colleagues (Senior Administrator level).

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in trust and corporate administration, with responsibilities aligned to their level. Administrators will have a solid educational background, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Senior Administrators will bring broader technical knowledge, confidence managing tasks independently and may be working towards or hold a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI. A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellent client service are essential.
