This role combines strategic oversight, operational leadership and stakeholder management within a sophisticated private equity environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading Transfer Agency and Fund Administration operations within the Private Capital Administration business.
- Overseeing end-to-end investor servicing activities and operational delivery.
- Managing outsourced and offshore operational relationships and governance frameworks.
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational risk controls across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting regulatory compliance including GFSC requirements, AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS obligations.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for operational and client matters.
- Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Leading and developing teams across multiple locations.
- Supporting process improvement, operational resilience and automation initiatives.
- Participating in strategic change and transformation projects.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within Transfer Agency, Investor Services or Fund Administration, ideally within private equity or alternative assets.
- They will demonstrate strong operational leadership skills, including experience managing outsourced or offshore service models.
- Strong knowledge of GFSC regulations, AML/KYC and investor servicing processes is essential, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous leadership experience within a senior operational environment is required, together with strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional qualifications such as CGI/ICSA or equivalent would be advantageous.
