Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of trust and corporate client structures.
- Liaising with clients, advisors and professional intermediaries.
- Assisting with client requests and ensuring information is provided promptly and professionally.
- Preparing, maintaining and filing client documentation and records.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with the submission of forms and statutory returns through online registries.
- Recording time accurately and maintaining administration records.
- Supporting debt collection and fee recovery processes where required.
- Working closely with colleagues across the Channel Islands trust team.
- Studying towards the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and have a genuine interest in developing a career within trust and company administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational ability and attention to detail are essential. Candidates should be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and demonstrate a positive, proactive and team-focused attitude. A degree or previous office experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The successful candidate will be professional, adaptable and committed to ongoing learning and development.
