Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Manage the central mailbox, ensuring emails are appropriately sorted and escalated.
- Run weekly timesheet reports and support associated administration.
- Assist with bookkeeping and the preparation of quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements.
- Support the client billing process, including preparing invoices and maintaining accurate billing information.
- Complete reconciliations of billing schedules and client invoicing records.
- Assist with regulatory and statutory filings, ensuring information is prepared accurately and to a high standard.
- Prepare monthly payment packs and process ad-hoc payments as required.
- Track and prepare expenses for senior management.
- Support company-wide projects and wider operational activities.
- Provide front-of-house and reception cover when required, alongside general administrative support.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual looking to begin their career within a professional environment.
No previous industry experience is required, although education to A-level standard or equivalent is preferred.
You'll have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn across a varied range of responsibilities.
Good communication and organisational skills will be important, alongside the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This would particularly suit someone keen to develop practical finance and operational skills, with opportunities for further professional development.
