The predicted salary is between 800 - 1200 £ per month.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in insurance and finance! Working within an international captive management environment, this role offers hands-on exposure to insurance administration, accounting and regulatory support from day one.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day administration of captive insurance companies and protected cell companies.
  • Preparing and processing insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements and bordereaux.
  • Monitoring premium collections and supporting claims payment processes.
  • Assisting with client servicing and liaising with brokers, reinsurers and other counterparties.
  • Supporting the preparation of regulatory, board and management reporting.
  • Processing payments and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts, monitoring cash balances and deposits.
  • Assisting with company secretarial matters, including preparation of board papers and draft minutes.
  • Supporting annual audit processes and regulator filings and returns.
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider team as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have completed A-Levels or equivalent, with a genuine interest in developing a career within insurance and/or finance. They will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as CII, ACA or ACCA is required, with previous exposure to an office, finance or insurance environment considered advantageous but not essential.
