Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring high-quality administration.

- Preparing minutes, resolutions and supporting documents as required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Supporting junior team members with routine guidance where appropriate.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in trust and corporate administration, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- They will have or be working toward a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or ACCA, with study support available.
