This is a senior opportunity for a confident administrator ready to take ownership of investor relationships and board processes. If you enjoy direct investor engagement and coordinating complex fund activity, this role puts you at the centre of the action. You will work closely with boards and stakeholders while overseeing capital activity processes!
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as primary contact for investor queries and general correspondence.
- Leading preparation of Board packs and managing board paper workstreams.
- Attending Board meetings and preparing minutes for review.
- Preparing drawdown and distribution notices and overseeing associated processes.
- Leading issuance of fund reporting.
- Coordinating Board meetings and managing director availability.
- Preparing corporate resolutions and associated documentation.
- Overseeing cash transactions and liaising with banks where required.
- Managing CDD requirements and liaising with compliance.
- Preparing statutory and regulatory filings and maintaining corporate records.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 4 years' experience within fund and corporate administration and ideally be working towards or hold a qualification such as CGI. Strong client communication skills, organisational capability and commercial awareness are essential. A proactive mindset and ability to manage priorities independently are key in this role.
