You'll oversee the planning and delivery of events and conferences while ensuring projects remain on track, within budget and delivered to the highest standard.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of events and conferences.
- Manage event projects, timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, sponsors and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate speakers, registrations and event logistics.
- Prepare meeting documentation and support advisory group meetings.
- Manage sponsorship arrangements and supplier relationships.
- Monitor event performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate exhibition materials and event communications.
- Maintain event calendars, project documentation and reporting.
- Support ad hoc projects and provide guidance to colleagues where required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience within events would be advantageous, but we'll also consider candidates with transferable experience gained as a PA, EA, Office Manager, Business Support professional or Project Coordinator.
You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining budgets and delivering projects to deadline, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Please note, this is not a marketing or communications role, so candidates whose experience is primarily in marketing, communications or content creation are unlikely to be suitable.
