Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering employee engagement, listening and communication initiatives across the Group.
- Managing engagement surveys, pulse surveys and feedback programmes.
- Coordinating employee engagement action plans and reporting.
- Leading internal communication campaigns and cultural initiatives.
- Supporting diversity, inclusion and employee recognition programmes.
- Managing intranet content and internal communication channels.
- Supporting organisational change, transformation and integration communications.
- Producing engagement reports, metrics and insight‑based recommendations.
- Chairing and supporting employee engagement committees and initiatives.
- Partnering with People, Culture and Commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Leveraging digital and AI‑enabled tools to enhance communication effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have experience within employee engagement, internal communications, HR or marketing and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering engagement programmes across multi‑jurisdictional or global organisations. Strong written communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills are essential, together with the ability to interpret engagement data and translate insights into practical actions. Experience supporting culture, change and employee experience initiatives would be highly advantageous.
