Our client is seeking a Senior Dispute Resolution Associate to support a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters. The position combines independent case management with involvement in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
- Supporting senior lawyers and partners on complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Advising clients on contentious financial services, insolvency and regulatory matters.
- Assisting with fraud, asset tracing and enforcement proceedings.
- Supporting employment, professional negligence and property-related disputes.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court submissions.
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries and external advisers.
- Supporting business development and client relationship activities.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case analysis.
- Managing deadlines and progressing matters efficiently.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Attorney with between 2-5 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation. They will demonstrate strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, alongside the ability to manage complex matters and prioritise workload effectively. Experience within contentious financial services, insolvency or regulatory matters would be advantageous. The successful individual will be proactive, collaborative and commercially minded, with a strong interest in building client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
