Responsibilities
- Leading the accounting service line across Guernsey and Mauritius.
- Managing and developing accounting teams, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Providing technical accounting guidance, support and best practice leadership.
- Overseeing the preparation and review of periodic financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting complex accounting matters and providing technical advice to clients and colleagues.
- Driving operational efficiency, service improvements and process enhancements.
- Supporting strategic planning and contributing to wider business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will hold a recognised professional accounting qualification and possess significant experience within the funds, corporate services or fiduciary sectors.

- Proven experience leading and developing teams, managing performance and driving operational improvements is essential.
