Join our client in this varied and fast-paced support role, ideal for an organised administrator who enjoys being at the centre of a busy professional environment! Working closely with senior stakeholders, this position plays a key part in keeping day-to-day operations, coordination and communication running smoothly.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management, including diary management, expenses and meeting coordination.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and meeting documentation.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes where required.
  • Liaising with colleagues across different locations to coordinate diaries and schedule meetings.
  • Organising business travel arrangements and supporting visiting senior stakeholders.
  • Assisting with facilities management, including liaising with suppliers and service providers.
  • Supporting the coordination of new starters and leavers.
  • Providing administrative assistance to directors and wider teams on ad hoc projects, including typing, printing and scanning.
  • Supporting other business functions, such as HR and Marketing, when required.
  • Covering for other support staff during periods of absence.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in administration within any role is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, solution‑focused approach, strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure will be key to success in this role.
