Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Working with a range of clients to deliver tailored advisory support across risk, regulation and FinTech initiatives.
- Supporting the delivery of regulatory and governance projects within the financial services sector.
- Assisting with the development of client deliverables, reports and proposal documentation.
- Conducting research and analysis on regulatory requirements and emerging industry developments.
- Supporting clients navigating local and international regulatory change.
- Building effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to project teams delivering transformation, remediation and operational change programmes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant Jersey and Guernsey regulations.
- Supporting business development and growth initiatives within the advisory practice.
The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to financial services, with a basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and a strong interest in risk, compliance and technology. They will be analytically minded, comfortable working to deadlines and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. Strong written skills, good attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A relevant degree is required, with an eagerness to learn, develop technical expertise and build a long-term advisory career.
