You'll support the development and performance of banking products while gaining valuable exposure to pricing, commercial analysis and corporate clients.

Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to

  • Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of savings, mortgage and corporate banking products.
  • Assist with product pricing, forecasting, liquidity management and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate product launches and pricing changes across relevant systems and customer channels.
  • Support product governance activities, including approvals, reviews and documentation.
  • Analyse customer, market and competitor information to help shape products and future propositions.
  • Provide high-quality support to corporate banking clients, ensuring instructions and requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to support commercial and product objectives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on risk, regulatory requirements and positive customer outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance and provide insight to support commercial decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, customer journeys, processes and operational efficiency.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years' relevant experience within banking, financial services or a client-focused environment, with an interest in developing their product and commercial expertise.

You'll be numerate and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confident communication and relationship-building skills are essential, alongside a customer-focused approach and understanding of risk and regulatory responsibilities.

Knowledge of savings and mortgage markets is important, while experience in product management, pricing, forecasting or commercial analysis would be highly advantageous.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills would also be beneficial.
