Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to
- Lead the delivery of Private Equity fund administration and transfer agency services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Manage outsourced service providers and monitor service level performance.
- Develop and maintain strong governance and risk management frameworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, boards and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an integrated client service.
- Drive operational improvements, technology initiatives and process efficiencies.
- Monitor performance metrics, operational risk and business resilience.
- Support strategic projects and contribute to the ongoing development of the business.
Skills / Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in Private Equity fund administration, transfer agency or investor services.
You'll have proven people management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements within the funds industry.
Experience managing outsourced service delivery, driving operational improvements and leading teams within a multi-jurisdictional environment will be highly advantageous, along with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
