Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll adjustments accurately and within required deadlines.
- Administering employee benefits, including enrolments, changes and leavers.
- Responding to payroll and benefits queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems.
- Producing HR data, reports and analytics to support compliance and decision-making.
- Ensuring confidentiality and data integrity across all people-related information.
- Supporting compliance with employment law, immigration and population management requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory and statutory documentation.
- Producing employment contracts, letters and contractual documentation in line with approvals.
- Providing administrative support to the wider people team, including meeting coordination and training administration.
- Preparing and distributing internal HR communications as required.
- Supporting ad hoc people projects and tasks as directed.
