Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing payroll adjustments accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Administering employee benefits, including enrolments, changes and leavers.
  • Responding to payroll and benefits queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems.
  • Producing HR data, reports and analytics to support compliance and decision-making.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and data integrity across all people-related information.
  • Supporting compliance with employment law, immigration and population management requirements.
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory and statutory documentation.
  • Producing employment contracts, letters and contractual documentation in line with approvals.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider people team, including meeting coordination and training administration.
  • Preparing and distributing internal HR communications as required.
  • Supporting ad hoc people projects and tasks as directed.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. They will have experience using HR systems, alongside sound knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration. A good understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements is essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
