Working at the heart of a busy Yacht Services team, you'll oversee yacht‑owning structures, coordinate key stakeholders and ensure exceptional levels of client service are delivered. The role offers exposure to a fascinating international client base and complex ownership arrangements.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the senior point of contact for yacht ownership clients and related stakeholders.
- Overseeing the yacht‑related aspects of client relationships and ownership structures.
- Managing a portfolio of yacht‑owning SPVs covering both private and commercial yachts.
- Conducting client service and periodic reviews to ensure service excellence is maintained.
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ownership structures.
- Managing yacht sale and purchase transactions.
- Overseeing VAT, customs and ownership documentation requirements.
- Reviewing yacht‑related contractual agreements and documentation.
- Managing and developing the Yacht Ownership administration team.
- Monitoring team KPIs, service levels and operational performance.
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures and governance requirements.
- Supporting the implementation of wider business initiatives and group policies.
- Building relationships with family offices, legal advisers, intermediaries and other professional contacts.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong trust and corporate administration background with experience managing client relationships and complex ownership structures. Previous fiduciary experience is essential, alongside a good understanding of compliance, governance and regulatory requirements. Candidates should demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage workloads, delegate effectively and support the development of team members. Experience reviewing contractual agreements and managing stakeholder relationships is highly desirable. Knowledge of yacht ownership structures would be advantageous but is not essential, as broader fiduciary expertise is considered equally valuable.
