This is a brilliant opportunity for someone highly organised and adaptable to join a fast-moving property team where strong communication and attention to detail are essential. You'll support a wide range of activities across administration, client coordination and team operations.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative and PA support to the Open Market team.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for buyers, sellers, advocates and clients.
  • Managing enquiries via telephone, email and in person professionally and efficiently.
  • Assisting with diary coordination, appointments and meeting arrangements.
  • Supporting sales administration including preparation of Conditions of Sale and related documentation.
  • Assisting with property brochures, marketing materials and internal records management.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting Client Due Diligence (CDD) administration and documentation requests.
  • Providing reception cover on a rota basis and supporting wider office operations.
  • Assisting the Local Market team and wider departments during periods of absence or increased workload.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They will be confident managing multiple priorities within a busy environment and demonstrate a proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach. Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential, alongside a professional and client-focused manner. Previous experience within administration, PA/EA support, property or customer service environments would be advantageous, although personality, organisation and willingness to support across different areas of the business are equally important.
